Once payment for the service has been made, our company will contact you to request the details and information needed to provide the service. Airport transfer and excursion times are arranged with you; they are not imposed by the company. All our services are private: the vehicle is exclusively for you and your travel companions, with no other passengers sharing it. This private, personalized service is what sets us apart. We pick you up at your Puerto Iguazú hotel at the agreed time, take you to Iguazú Falls on the Brazilian side, and coordinate the return. The price includes the private round trip for up to 4 passengers. On the way back from the Brazilian Falls, you can choose to stay at the Duty Free Shop for as long as convenient and then coordinate the pickup time from the customs area, finishing the service at your hotel on the Argentine side. Park tickets and guide are not included, but assistance and waiting time at customs crossings are included.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the service date, 90% of the amount paid is refunded; the remaining 10% covers administrative costs. With less than 24 hours’ notice, refunds are subject to consideration based on the company’s operations.
