Once payment for the service has been made, our company will contact you to request the details and information needed to provide the service. Airport transfer and excursion times are arranged with you; they are not imposed by the company. All our services are private: the vehicle is exclusively for you and your travel companions, with no other passengers sharing it. This private, personalized service is what sets us apart. Our driver picks you up at your hotel in Puerto Iguazú and takes you directly to the entrance of Iguazú National Park, on the Argentine side. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes. The service ends at the park entrance; return to your hotel is not included in this fare. Private service and air conditioning included.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the service date, 90% of the amount paid is refunded; the remaining 10% covers administrative costs. With less than 24 hours’ notice, refunds are subject to consideration based on the company’s operations.
