With at least 24 hours' notice before the service date, a 90% refund is issued (10% administrative fee). With less than 24 hours' notice, the refund is subject to consideration based on the company's operations. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours through the original payment method, upon return of the issued voucher.

Yes, we have infant seats (up to 13 kg) and booster seats for children (15–36 kg) available at no extra charge. Just mention the children's ages and weights when booking so we can have the right equipment ready on the day.
