How much luggage can we bring?

How do I book and when do we coordinate details?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide your airline and flight number so we can coordinate arrival. Tell us about delays or changes via WhatsApp. Waiting time and changes are coordinated under your booking terms; contact us if you need additional time. If the delay exceeds that time, contact us to confirm available options and any additional charges.
What currency is used for payment?
All payments are processed in Argentine pesos (ARS) via Mercado Pago. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). If your card is international, your bank will automatically convert at the current exchange rate.
What is your cancellation policy?
With at least 24 hours' notice before the service date, a 90% refund is issued (10% administrative fee). With less than 24 hours' notice, the refund is subject to consideration based on the company's operations. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours through the original payment method, upon return of the issued voucher.
Do you have baby or child seats?
Yes, we have infant seats (up to 13 kg) and booster seats for children (15–36 kg) available at no extra charge. Just mention the children's ages and weights when booking so we can have the right equipment ready on the day.
